At Bellemore, we strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed through bellemore.in.
1. Order Processing
1.1. All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] of successful payment.
1.2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
1.3. In case of delays due to high order volume, festivals, or courier issues, we will notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
2.1. We deliver across India through trusted logistics partner i.e. BlueDart.
2.2. Standard delivery times are:

2.3. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹10000.
3.2. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹149 will be applied at checkout.
3.3. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you make the payment.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details.
4.2. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link shared with you.
4.3. If you face any issues tracking your shipment, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Attempts
5.1. Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
5.2. If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you before reattempting delivery.
5.3. In case the order is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
6.1. Currently, we [do / do not] offer international shipping.
6.2. For international orders (if applicable), delivery timelines and charges vary based on destination and customs requirements.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
7.1. In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
7.2. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
7.3. Once the package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for any loss thereafter.
8. Address Accuracy
8.1. Please ensure that all shipping details — including full address, PIN code, and contact number — are accurate at the time of checkout.
8.2. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
